We’re committed to delivering flawless hair extensions you can trust. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and exchange process is straightforward - designed to protect you and our standards. Please review the details below.

14-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. This keeps things fair and ensures fresh inventory for everyone.
  • Condition: Hair must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact. We cannot accept returns on bundles or units that have been worn, washed, dyed, cut, styled, or otherwise altered.
  • How It Works: returns@glamhairp.com
    Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: You cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong product in which case we’ll provide a prepaid label.
  • Refund Details: Refunds go back to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHAT WE DON’T ACCEPT

  • Late Returns: Packages returned after 14 days are ineligible.
  • Used or Altered Hair: Once a bundle has been opened and worn, it cannot be returned.
  • Missing Documentation: No receipt? We cannot process your return.
